Riju is an MBA from Clark University (USA) and has over 25 years of widespread global experience having worked in USA and Europe. He has served in leadership positions in several reputed global corporates including Goldman Sachs (New York), American Express and IBM. Riju has been recognized with several Global Awards at the various MNCs he has worked with. 

Riju has vast and varied managerial and consulting experience with strong leadership skills in Operations, Strategic Analysis, Project Management and Change Enablement. He comes with immense people leadership skills, connecting processes with business and combining local requirements in an emerging global environment. 

Riju has been fully involved in leadership roles in S.N. Sunderson & Co. since 2010.
